British detectives investigating government corruption in the Caribbean are concerned for their safety after a colleague died suddenly in mysterious circumstances.
On the morning of Saturday 7 October, the body of Paul France was pulled from the sea in Road Town, the capital of Tortola, the largest of the British Virgin Islands.
His small jeep had apparently gone over some rocks, but little is publicly known about the circumstances surrounding his death and what he was doing.
Until now.
A source familiar with the mood of the police team got in touch with The Upsetter to bring news of death in a paradise lost to drugs, corruption and hot money.
